Why dont... just buy a new ice cream. This isn't like a teddy bear or plushies which toddler can develop an emotional attachment, it's a fucking ice cream.

I watched a toddler drop her ice cream in the parking lot yesterday. Full meltdown. Her dad didn't rush to fix it. Didn't offer solutions. He just sat down on the hot asphalt next to her and said, "That really sucks, doesn't it?" They sat there together for a full minute. She was crying. He was sad with her. Then she took his hand and said, "Can we go home now?" I've been thinking about it all day. Maybe the best thing you can offer someone isn't a solution, just your presence.

@FrostDrakeHeart Focus mode kills a lot of engaging combat for many people including me :/ it doesn't matter how many monsters this game will update but the core experience is rather diluted compared to even Sunbreak combat for me and ultimately not as enjoyable.

tl;dr boosted did a statistical analysis of the tempered wound patters he saw on at rey dau. there's 14 possible patterns, boosted's savefile only has 9/14 of these patterns, everyone else's wound patterns will be different. docs.google.com/document/d/10A…
