Our Club Night sessions brought some new faces down and we're looking forward to welcoming many of them to our Monday Night Social League, starting next week at Battersea Park. It's fully subscribed now so apologies to anyone new who was looking to join.

London Eagles plan to celebrate pride with a pride themed training this Monday. Rainbows welcome 🤗 🌈

It’s not uncommon to hear about homophobic or transphobic attacks, even in big, cosmopolitan cities like London. In a recent survey it was revealed that since 2014, the UK has plunged from 1st to 14th for LGBTQ+ rights in Europe.

Happy Pride Month London Eagles 🦅 🌈 It’s the 50th anniversary of Pride and we should remember that pride started as a protest of around 2000 people in 1972 calling for gay rights. Scroll down to find out more about pride 🧵

and the UK Government issued a posthumous pardon to all men convicted under sexual offences laws which criminalised people for being bi or gay.

In the 2010s, the Equality Act added gender reassignment as a protected characteristic. We saw the introduction of same-sex marriage across the UK, the ban on gay and bi donating blood men was lifted…
