Tyson Singh is a member-researcher with P.O.W.E.R. and a frontline worker. His work focuses primarily on the intersection of policing and the toxic drug supply crisis.

Scotty Archondous is a member-researcher with P.O.W.E.R and board member of VANDU. Scotty has extensive experience in researching safe supply, and has felt the devastating impacts of the toxic supply crisis first hand.

Her lived experience is as a person who used unregulated drugs and as a person identified as MAD. Kara has been peer supporting people navigating their own relationship to substances for the last 15 years.

Kara Bullock (she/her) is an organizer, artist and mother living on Unceded Sinixt Territory. She is a member of Walls Down Collective, also organizing with Mutual Aid Canada and Stop the Stack YYC.

He then entered a residential treatment centre in Halifax where he stayed for a year. As Cultural Safety Coordinator at Mainline Needle Exchange, Morty uses his lived experience every day, doing peer support, educational workshops, outreach, policy work, and more.

Morty struggled with substance use and homelessness in his teens living in New Brunswick. At 18, he hitchhiked to Halifax where he stayed in various men's shelters. As a result of his addiction, Morty was hospitalized for liver and heart complications for several months.
