Happy to announce that I'm finally launching the Cross Slash Controllers store on Saturday 2/27! At launch it'll have some full builds, some budget builds, full set of pastel shells by @catwoman262, button sets, the zippered version of the Technical Illustration hoodie and more!

It's weird leaving for work at 6:30am and not getting home until 2:30am. At least I like what I do, could do without the 9 hour commute though.

I've been a bit quiet about the results of my post-surgery scan, and it's partially because I wanted to take time to process some unfortunate news. I'll make this a thread so you can choose to spare yourself some sadness on your feed if you'd like. I'm still hopeful and happy!

Got commissioned by @realChaseDeWitt to build a spinning pegboard display. Tool less assembly and disassembly, flat packs for travel, and the pegboard panels are easily replaced if they're damaged. Always love working on something new and it's nice to help out a friend!

Today I drove 90 minutes round trip to help a friend move a set of bookshelves, won bar trivia for charity, had dinner with friends, and am now going to a different friend's to drink and play smash. I don't know when I got a social life but this shit is exhausting.

It's only been fully assembled for 2 hours and I already have an upgrade in mind... Guess it's time to go to Menards.

Yesterday I had the thought "Should I redesign my travel tool box?" and then I blacked out When I come to 6 hours later, I've remodeled the entire thing from scratch It's 20% smaller, holds the same tools, all the lids are hinged, and the main lid holds extra tools when open

@TheLazyLee I cut the thickness of the outer walls and dividers by 1mm, shortened the height by 7mm, and reduced the depth by 8mm. I oversized the original a little in case I decided to add any extra tools. After a year I didn't add anything so I sized it more specifically to what I carry.
