@MCA21India IMO, Following are main reasons for delay in filing 1. Captcha's and OTP 2. Additional attachments and information 3. One small mistake and fill complete form again 4. Too much Copy pasting 5. Too much data entry. 6. Duplicate data entry like BM meeting in EOBR and MGT-7A

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs extends its sincere thanks to all stakeholders for their patience and cooperation. MCA21 V3 successfully handled 21.38 lakh annual filings for the FY 2024–25 (from 1 April 2024 to 31 January 2025), reflecting an increase of over 4.5% compared to the corresponding period of the previous financial year. The Ministry also acknowledges and appreciates the valuable support extended by ICSI, ICAI, and ICMAI, which significantly contributed to the smooth conduct of filings, particularly during the peak period. The Ministry will continue its efforts towards further system enhancement and improving the overall stakeholder experience, and looks forward to the continued support and constructive engagement of all stakeholders as it moves ahead.
