He's Back Home. 🏡 Lamine Niang returns to CSUN for his senior season after playing the past two years at UT Martin. He helped the Skyhawks win 22 games in 2025-26 as he shot 55 percent from the floor. #GoMatadors

All over the boards 🏀 Caleb Smith joins CSUN after averaging a team-best seven rebounds a game while collecting over 30 steals at Rider last season. He previously was a double-digit scorer over two seasons at the junior college ranks. #GoMatadors

A spark on both sides of the court✨ Naceiar Kirksey comes to CSUN after averaging 17 points and 4 assists with 71 made threes last season with Monroe University. Naceiar also had 66 steals last season. #GoMatadors

An all-around scorer coming to CSUN. BJ Omot joins the Matadors this season from Minnesota. Over his collegiate career, BJ has averaged in double figures in points at previous stops at Cal and North Dakota. He scored a career best 16 points per game as a sophomore. #GoMatadors

SoCal product back home. Mikah Ballew joins CSUN after playing the past two seasons at Portland. Mikah is coming off a career season in scoring with 50 made threes. A Valencia high product, Mikah won a CIF title in his prep career. #gomatadors

Pure scorer. Brooklyn Hicks comes to CSUN after posting a career season in points at the University of Montana last season. Hicks has also played two seasons at UNLV. #gomatadors

Championship pedigree. Daniel Culberson joins CSUN after spending the past two seasons at Howard College where he helped the Hawks capture the NJCAA national championship last season. #GoMatadors
