CSU DPT students dressed up for the Clinical Lab Off Campus on Halloween with the participants of Rock it Out, a community-based exercise group for individuals with Parkinson's disease.

A big Thank You to DPT Students, DPT Faculty and Clinicians who contributed to the Lift Up Vikes! food drive this month. Sixty pounds of food and $130 was donated to Lift Up Vikes!

Last night, CSU DPT was pleased to host our annual Prestige Speaker ceremony, highlighted by the keynote speaker, Dr. Nancy Kirsch.

Students from the CSU DPT and CSD programs provided a Brain Health Clinic to older adults at the Benjamin Rose Salvation Army Community Center. The Clinic encourages older adults to get a hearing screening, socially engage, walk for wellness and consider eating plant-based foods.

By engaging in collaborative clinical practice, students from both disciplines were given the opportunity to work together in a real-world setting, promoting holistic care and fostering empathy.

This qualitative study explores the impact of interprofessional education (IPE) on physical therapy (PT) and speech-language pathology (SLP) students in health promotion clinics for older adults.
