@CrowneDiamond yorozu and kashimo def should be higher. The have basically guaranteed win cons against a majority of characters. Yorozu with domain and perfect sphere, and kashimo with his lightning abuse. Mahito arguably as well, considering he can out heal and oneshot most characters.
