I am starting to feel normal again. I lost my little sister last week in a car accident, and have had a lot going on. I feel the weight lifting and life becoming a tad brighter. I hope to be around more, and become my social butterfly self once again. Thank you for being awesome!

For the past few months I have been going to the gym 4-5 times a week. I don't have a scale because at always messes with my head but my clothes are fitting better and my belt is on my final hole that I need a smaller size belt and I just feel good. So I'm doing something right!
