107 years ago today, Jackie Robinson was born.
After great adversity, he broke baseball's color barrier and forever changed the game of baseball on
April 15, 1947.
He was brave, resilient, and a brilliant player.
MLB retired #42 for all teams to honor him.
Thinking of Jackie today and the legacy he left behind.

@THEbadgermaniac Agreed. You simply cannot have 31 of 48 fga be threes. That will not equate to consistent winning.

Undermanned Gophers making it look like the #Badgers haven’t practiced since their collapse at home on Sunday.

@kddogg32 @Evan_Flood These types of losses at home have become common place.
English

@Evan_Flood That was a shitty loss. Where TF was Blackwell?! 11 pts?! 2 steps forward, 1 step back.
English

Nick Boyd: 29 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists
John Blackwell: 11 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists
Nolan Winter: 12 points, 6 rebounds
#Badgers

Brutal loss at home for the #Badgers. It’s really disappointing that they are this poor defensively 20 games into the season. And too reliant on the 3. 37 out of 67 FG attempts today. No effort to get the ball in the paint. Great wins when they shoot well but not sustainable.

This is simple. High school players like Darryn Peterson should be able to go right to NBA. Players who attend NCAA schools & leave for professional sports at any level should be ineligible to return. International players who play at the highest levels in Europe and are over a certain age should be ineligible for the NCAA. Let’s make college basketball what it has always been—semi professional.
