This is the last Torchbearer our CTV Webcam will pick up live this evening. Drew will carry it onward toward the last seven TBs of Whistler

Dillon Sampson and Neil Hastie share the Flame! Matt Pinsent and Drew Meredith are next.

Unfortunately, this Media 1 vehicle will not be able to provide coverage of the last seven Torchbearers of the evening.

Soon, the Relay will travel through Whistler Village, which is a pedestrian-only area.

Arthur Griffiths is now passing the Flame to Chase Lewis! Dillon Sampson and Neil Hastie will carry the Flame next.

Olympian Nancy Green was voted Canada's Female Athelete of the 20th Century.

Jayne Sandilands, the 167th Torchbearer of today, Day 99, runs on Nancy Green Way.

It is 5:54 pm here in Whistler, local Pacific time. The Relay is right on track.

Next, Olympian Mike Creery carries the Flame in the Whistler. Mike competed in Athletics at the 1980 Moscow Games.

Jim will soon pass it off to John Blok, Mike Creery, Jayne Sandilands and Shannon Murphy.

The next Torchbearer to carry the Flame is Jim Pattison.

These tests led Bombardier designers to the Torch’s ultimate dual burner system. The Torches are meant to withstand up to 60km/h winds.

The Torches were tested in climate-controlled rooms to simulate the harshest Canadian winter weather conditions possible, from sleet to snow

We are just crossing Route 99 now.

Ellen has just passed the Flame to Larissa Braganza. Ken Thicke, Sarah Dusanj, Cary Skidmore and Rebecca Tran are next.
