7 weeks ago I walked into flight attendant training feeling excited but unsure of myself. Today I graduated and earned my wings with the best crew ever — D1 ✈️ For the first time in my life, I can say I’m truly proud of my career. Honored to fly for Delta Air Lines!

What a great run today! I swear I didn’t want to go but the weather was perfect,the run was great except when my GPS lost satellite connection at mile 6/7. All of us who ran during the summer month, we earned these cooler temp runs and now the beach. #running #runningdad #10miles

It’s almost my Runniversary! This is the pic from my first 5k celebrating completing C25K 14 years ago 🎉 My sister, MFH and I ran the 5k at Mississippi State University☺️ I was well on my way to losing weight at this point but still had about 100lbs to go. Isn’t running the best!?!
