Tis official. Dr @julie_sadino is the first PhD from the Donaldson Lab. We accomplished the hooding with a minimum of awkwardness on stage (post event pictures below). Fair to say we passed this final mentor-mentee test!

From our graduate student researchers, the Awards Committee identified Dillon McGovern @DillonMcGovern1, advised by Dr. David Root @NeuronRoot, for the prestigious Dosier/Muenzinger Award for Outstanding Contributions to Basic Research. Congrats, Dillon! (6/6)

Our second Neuroscience Thesis Award was presented to Anna McTigue, advised by Dr. Zoe Donaldson @DrZoePhD, investigated how the brain chemical oxytocin did not affect brain synchrony between socially-bonded voles. Congrats, Anna! (5/6)
