@MustBeMistry It can be tricky due to their other commitments, but most of them are keen to be involved. Sometimes we go to the clinical departments and speak to them during any downtime, as we must not take resource away from the frontline. Of course we also reimburse them for their time.

Interesting thread. Being based in a hospital helps us focus our medical device design projects on all users - healthcare professionals, patients and carers. We recently completed training in #HumanFactors to improve our skills & knowledge to help us improve products for users.
