Memes going viral make them less and less funny. So many meme coins from 2021 feel cringe af now. Attention cycles back to whatever feels tangible. Degens then wild out on the idea of shit like "blockchain to revolutionize the dental industry!" Reality crashes in, back to memes, only with more of an edge each time. Endless cycle. Apes stay apes.

I had access to @BoredApeYC 3D files thanks to my brother @punk5657 and i have some things to say from a 3D artist perspective that do a lot of models for metaverses and that plan to use it there! Lets take the guts out of the 3D model🧵 I want to mention that the models are amazing and very well executed, whoever says this is something that had to be delivered way early they don't know what they are talking about, i can imagine the countless hours of work put into this! The first thing that got my attention is the polygon count (and triangles). If it's true that the topology is top notch, it has more than 70k triangles, and that amount is higher than the accepted in most of the Metaverses (most of them accept max 40-50k). However, nobody said that these models are Metaverse ready, so a 70k triangles count is a good amount though. if you like me had plans to use these avatars in metaverses (web or client based) take in count that you will have to do some rework with the polycount to lower the amount.

Posting weekly updates in Discord 🤝 TLDR: 1. Focusing on building new revenue stream that brings additional capital into the project—will enable us to do way more cool stuff (content, tech launches, etc.) 2. Working on fixing bugs in our previous launch (SORCE CODE) so we can roll out Season 2, then 3 Big building phase to bring sustainability to the project, but from an outside POV it’s super boring and likely appears like we aren’t doing much.
