It is an Act. Bill 47, legislation to repeal Bill 29, 2002 and Bill 94, 2003 is passed at all stages in the @BCLegislature this afternoon without opposition. Much thanks to the skilled health care workers who do so much for all of us in BC every single day. This is their day.

Reading a PhD dissertation. It finds that #HRM professionals highly motivated by fear of risk of legal violation but less concerned if perceived risk of noncompliance is low. Supports my argument that labor law should 'inject risk' in order to provoke risk management responses.
