Im having nothing but issues over the last three weeks with my Born and it apparently cant be looked at by your Stirling branch until the 27th of January. Its now doing approx 7 miles to a 80 percent charge, sometimes less.
Can you do something about it....

@CUPRA when I bought my Cupra I also received a prepaid charge card. After a year this seems to have expired and no replacement sent. The card company say the remaining funds were returned to Cupra! Can you help?

I’m driving the @CUPRA Born, current 2025 model, for two days now and it’s absolutely unbearable. In ”B-mode“ you have to hammer the breaks so hard for it to stop rolling forward. Makes me aggressive. Worst car I drove in a very long time.

Cupra Formentor marka aracıyla sorun yaşayan bir vatandaş:
“Aracım 2025 model araç. Aracı aldıktan kısa süre sonra ekran kapandı, yol yardımı arayıp en yakın yetkili servise gitmem söylendi. Yetkili servise gidip araç yapacaklarını fakat aracı yapamayıp bana otobüsle dönem gerektiğini söylediler.
Kabul etmeyip aracımın toplanmasını söyledim, arızalı şekilde bana teslim ettiler. Daha sonra tekrar çağırıp aracı teslim etmemi ve bana ikame araç vereceklerini söylediler, tekrar aracı götürüp yapılması için bıraktım. Ardından tekrar aranıp aracın yapılamadığını söylediler.
İlerleyen zamanda aracı yine tekrar çağırdılar ve 4 aydır bayide yapılmayı beklemektedir. Araç şuan 2000 km olup bu süreç zarfında aracın kilometresi bayi ile bulunduğum il arasında geçmiştir. Kusurlu araç satıp arkasında durmayıp muhattap bile bulamıyorum.”
