@CardiffHalf @cardiffuni Runners were very happy with the massage provision and really showed their appreciation for our students (photo shared with permission)

We weren't just based on the marquee though. Some of our staff and students headed off to different locations to provide massage therapy, including the Temple of Peace by the finish line. (Photos shared with permission)

A little thread of our day at Cardiff Half Marathon. At 10am staff @cardiffuni Physio students arrived at the main marquee to start getting ready for the first runners to arrive

@CardiffHalf @cardiffuni At 12.30 we packed up at the Temple and headed back to support the very busy main tent where the physio students were working really hard.

@CardiffHalf @cardiffuni Our students then stayed behind to help fold up beds, tidy up rubbish and collect equipment, giving them an idea of what it takes to work at a large sporting event.
