The shoebox station is really a test of clear, precise communication. Your interviewer will follow your words exactly, so break actions into small steps, describe positions and movements clearly, and avoid assumptions. Stay calm when they act intentionally literal!

Medicine isn’t just about tests and treatments - it’s about the person sitting right in front of you. A good clinician understands the science. A great one pairs that knowledge with empathy, patience, and kindness.
