What an amazing night of talent on show @ColneValleyHigh! Our Summer Festival was buzzing! We are very proud of every person that took to the stage to provide a great night of entertainment.

It was great to welcome @andpianofest this afternoon who came with professional classical musicians to perform a huge variety of music to students @ColneValleyHigh

What a great day Y10 Drama and Performing Arts have had working with @Stage_Ed on Blood Brothers scenes, context and stage craft.

In art this week Y8 have been doing some fantastic collograph printing @ColneValleyHigh

Our Y7 and Y8 Art Club's have been busy creating clay pots inspired by woodlands. @ColneValleyHigh

Our Y10 artists have created some fantastic pieces for their clay heads project. @ColneValleyHigh

It was great to catch up with the cast and crew of Fame last night for our post-show pizza party! Congratulations to Kayla in Y9 for winning our prestigious production award for her portrayal of Mabel Washington. @ColneValleyHigh

Class of 2029 have had another great day, we’ve been delighted to welcome @musica_kirklees who led our own CVHS musicians and students in song!

This term our art club has produced this amazing piece of clay wall art, taking inspiration from nature in the Colne Valley. We won't show the whole thing yet - we'll wait until it is fired and up on the wall! @ColneValleyHigh

For the 3rd year running Music students welcomed some musicians from @andpianofest yesterday. Some fantastic repertoire performed on piano, cello and soprano. @ColneValleyHigh
