Year one enjoyed learning about reforestation and deforestation. They create their own posters for why trees are important to humans and the environment and what we need to do to look after them. We also enjoyed using the autumn leaves to create minibeasts and leaf rubbings.
A reminder that tomorrow we are celebrating the Just One Tree Charity organisation.
Children can bring in £1 to wear non-school uniform, if they want to participate.
Each £1 plants one tree in areas of deforestation.
