Congratulations to the @CV_HPathways team who saw the 100th pathway go live last week. Health Pathways are a great resource for clinicians working in the community and support everyone in providing consistent high-quality patient care. @CAV_LenRichards @CV_UHB

@CV_HPathways is a very useful resource for staff in the community. 86 pathways and 90 request pages now live on the system and more being added daily. Latest pathways to go live include Epilepsy, Pigmented Skin Lesions and Neuropathic Pain @CV_UHB @AnnaPrimaryCare @cavgp

Since December, 7 new pathways have gone live on @CV_HPathways - these are a very useful resource for clinicians working in the community. The new pathways include: Diabetes Continuing Care; Underweight and Under Nutrition in Adults; and Transient Loss of Consciousness @CV_UHB
