I condemn the deadly attack on a mosque in San Diego. My thoughts are with those affected. I know many Muslims in the UK will be shaken by this, worried about their safety when going about their lives and attending mosque, and what it says about the times we’re living in. I understand those fears. Violence like this does not happen in a vacuum. It grows in an environment where division and anti-Muslim hostility are normalised. That is intolerable. We must all come together against it.

It highlights a growing, concerning trend where boundaries are ignored and disrespect is treated as a badge of honor. ​When a family afternoon at a neighborhood park routinely turns into a police call just to manage rowdy teenagers, it becomes clear why community spaces are increasingly forced to implement strict age restrictions. If common courtesy can no longer be expected, then rules and boundaries become the only way to protect spaces meant for young children. ​Are we looking at a widespread failure in teaching basic respect, or is this just a symptom of a completely different era of parenting?

That suggests a coordinated family donor pattern. The same group of donors shows up funding politicians such as: • Thomas Massie • Marjorie Taylor Greene’s PAC • Ilhan Omar • Cori Bush • Jamaal Bowman • Keith Ellison At the same time, donations also go to two political committees: • Anti Zionist America PAC, which supports candidates critical of Zionism and United States support for Israel. • Citizens Against AIPAC Corruption, a PAC created to oppose the influence of AIPAC. But when the same donor network funds politicians on both sides of the political spectrum while also backing committees centered on a single foreign policy issue, it raises a red flag.
