The rest of the Chessington pins arrived today, (apart from Room on the Broom) not overly impressed with the condition of some, and the Mandrill Mayhem pin itself actually has a small dent in it... @CWOA 🙁 I wish I didn't have to order these but it's the only way sometimes 😥

@CWOA booked a ticket online but accidentally selected the wrong day (yesterday) couldn’t go because of work is there anyway to amend the date on the ticket, me and my girlfriend were really looking forward to going!

Had a fairly nice day at @CWOA yesterday, marred slightly by a lack of toilet facilities and a very rude employee working on the mandrill mayhem ride, who really didn’t want us to sit on the front row even though we were at the front of the line! Kept insisting we go to the back

@MerlinEntsNews @CWOA @KelloggsUKI Am I missing something ? Trying to book chessington tickets using the Kellogg’s free adult ticket offer ..however the maths just is not mathing surely if I am purchasing 4 adult tickets and use the mates for free it should be half the price 1/2

@CWOA Why is this being done?? Now the disabled queue line is out of the entrance because both fastrack and RAP have been combined into one long queue line, making the ride inaccessible to those that can’t queue, like myself. This is so annoying and difficult to deal with 😵‍💫😵‍💫

@Misslyllith @CWOA The system didn’t even work on my boyfriend’s phone. We had to go to guest services who told us to explain and we were almost turned away

@CWOA how is this fair. I waited over an hour for mandrill with a now expired reservation because we were told to go away. Now we cannot book. How is this fair. We were told it would be able to get on today if it reopened
