Deputy General Secretary, Ian McArdle, addressed the UNI Europa conference in Belfast and spoke about the success of @respectatworkie campaign and the need for legislation to promote collective bargaining, protection for reps and access to trade union in work.

Ian McArdle from @CWU on @respectatworkie: “During the last general election workers lobbied their candidates, knocking on doors demanding change. And it works. As a result, the majority of parliamentarians have committed to the pledge in support of collective bargaining.”
