They Believed in Better

👀 This is a very poor way to deal with redundancies @SkyUK Why turn your back on proper consultation and meaningful support, do the right thing by those who've given years of service. Your customers are workers too you know!

24/7 support sounds great — unless you're the one being cut. Sky promises non-stop service across all channels. But behind the screens, call centres are shutting down, experienced staff are out, and workers are left in silence.

Release the evidence. Respect your staff.

🚨 TRANSPARENCY MATTERS. CONSULTATION MUST BE REAL. @SkyUK says it's following due process — but it’s withholding key evidence, including a 12,000-customer survey used to justify 2,000 job cuts. That undermines the entire process. UK law requires full, fair consultation.
