Jamie Pollard provides an update on CyTown. "Would I like it to be going faster? Absolutely. But it's not going slow. It just takes a while to get everything when it's unique a one off project like that on a college campus in a state environment. There's another round of agreements that have to go back to the Board of Regents in June, so it just takes longer than what most people would think, but I think it's going really well... there's no tenants yet, because we don't have any formal agreements, so you can't sign anything. But we're not the ones that are out selling the leases, that's Goldenrod, so they can't officially sign anything until the regents sign off on the final documents, which hopefully will be in June." Pollard also told @Ben_Hutchens_ that it would be "premature" to give a ballpark for a potential grand opening.
