@airindia you need to look at the upgrade flow on your app. Completely broken and disconnected. It has my flight detail but asks me to fill everything and the shows this

@airindia just landed in terminal 3 Delhi from Riyadh. No aero bridge. It’s becoming a routine affair now

@airvistara regular affair at Delhi airport of not using aerobridge. UK 818 just landed and again step ladder and bus. Such a wastage of time ... Almost everytime I land with Vistara in Delhi

I think I get it. This is domestic. But why we landed on international flight. Oh is it cheaper

@airindia just landed in Delhi AI 926. Why don’t you use aerobridge? It’s raining and it’s tiring. We are next to an empty aerobridge.

Update I got a call on WhatsApp They took my email id (which was in travel record ) Also asked for screen shot for my boarding pass No email yet couple of hours later

@KenyaAirways horrid experience today for passengers of kq270 You inform us of a 10 hour delay when we have all checked in at gate. Then you say you’ll provide hotel and the whole process took 3 hours. It’s 345 pm and after a hotel voucher we are waiting for a taxi. Pathetic.

@airindia just landed in Delhi from Nairobi. After 15 mins you get a bay which then you ask us to take stairs from and then a bus. I have a feeling you don’t pay for aerobridges. Last few flights have made me think this.

Felt cheated at Mumbai airport at naashto. Team for ~200 bucks premixed and such a small portion. If you see this at t2 avoid.
