For the last 3 years, the CYR Project has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to deliver anti-racism workshops across the North East. This officially ends this summer and in the run up to this time we have looked and applied for alternative funding streams (1/2)

Today marks the anniversary of the atrocities of the Bosnian Genocide. On the 11th July 1995 8,372 Muslim men and boys were murdered in Srebrenica. #RememberSrebrenica #Bosnia @SrebrenicaUK

In a speech to the #cyrconference @TeessideUni, Lead Commissioner Sara Khan warned that young people in our country are being targeted by extremist groups as future recruits. She emphasised the need for safe and trusted spaces for them to explore and share their views. #extremism
