@BoBrack This is why NFL fans don’t have front office jobs. Imagine thinking we should take a RB 3rd AND give up draft picks to take a QB when we have no o line, no d line, no LBs, an injured secondary, AND next year is a generational QB draft. I couldn’t think of a worse draft strategy.

The Love + Simpson to the Cardinals draft dream is fun, but you have to admit you're cool with: Taking a RB top 3 & punting premium positions. Banking on an undersized QB with limited experience are two consistently accurate red flags. It’s a risky way to build a roster.

@akwong31 I can’t see them taking DB unless it’s a safety. They’ve put so much into the CB room the last 3 years. McNeil-Warren at 34 would be interesting.

While Brissett went 1-11 as a starter last season, after he was named the starter and not just a placeholder for Kyler Murray, the Cardinals went 0-9 and averaged 18.7 offensive points per game. But he "unlocked" the Arizona offense.

@senorjessroot Also did you forget when we had the division lead coming out of the bye last year (back when James Conner was carrying Kyler to wins) and went 2-5 down the stretch and were eliminated from the playoffs by the PANTHERS bcuz Conner got hurt and Kyler couldn’t get a win without him?

Yep. Cardinals likely out on Love. Jeremiyah Love was easily the top prospect in this year's draft. A no-brainer pick no organization/GM could screw up. Enter the Arizona Cardinals and Monti Ossenfort. Whoever MO chooses now will have to buck the trendline of disappointment the previous 1st-round selections have left us with (PJJ as exception, imo).
