However, Presidents can do things that will cause a disruption to the Worldwide oil supply and distribution which will impact oil prices. Presidents don't set the prices at Walmart, but dumb actions like retaliatory tariffs can drive up consumer prices when Walmart has to pay more for goods to resale. Trump has done multiple things that have resulted in higher prices and inflation, and very little, if anything, to bring prices down.

Stranger things have happened I suppose. The shot pattern would have been pretty tight at that distance. Being struck with only one pellet would be a miracle.
