It nods along, flatters you, and never dares to say anything real.
And people are sick of it. Big-name users and investors are bailing, jumping ship to rivals like Grok and Gemini.
The final straw? An actual tech investor said he canceled his ChatGPT subscription because it’s gotten boring and fake.
Meanwhile, OpenAI’s CEO Sam Altman hit the panic button and told his staff to drop everything and fix it.
That’s how you know it’s bad. Especially since GPT’s current state is Altman’s doing in the first place.
This isn’t just about nerd drama. People are ditching ChatGPT because it’s trying so hard to be “safe,” it stopped being useful.
It won’t touch certain topics, sugarcoats everything, and kind of just agrees with you no matter what you say.
Grok and Gemini? They’re messier, louder, sometimes wrong... but at least they’re real.
