The Cork Pipe and Drums band marched into into Donovan's Pub of Woodside after the St Pats for All parade and haven't been seen since. If you have any information on their whereabouts please contact their friends and family.

This is what greeted the parade-goers at the very first St. Pat’s for All. At first glance, I honestly thought it was a poster for a new punk band — Hillary and the Sodomites. Only in Queens.

Grandpa Al Lewis and myself were there at the first St. Pats for All parade in Queens. In those early days, the parade faced skepticism, low turnout from some traditional Irish community members, and even hesitation from potential participants wary of controversy or backlash.
