So the experiments I was doing was testing what triggers the sensitive content stuff. Really sucks because of how bad it hurts the visibility. I also really hate how little sense it makes, there's way more spicy art posted on Twitter that doesn't get hit with it. Oh well 🙁

Sorry for not a lot of updates for my current game. I really want to just show it off but it isn't really presentable. I think it will be really cool to show when it is ready, but I do want to try sharing it as soon as possible. 😭

@miziziziz I think it's only gotten worse recently. Feels like anything gets hit with it no matter how unrealistic it looks.

VERY serious and VERY IMPORTANT testing is happening.

I decided to work on a new game. I started it like 2 weeks ago and already feel better about it. I think the horror game was just not the right time. I think releasing one more smaller game that does as well as TBK will put me in a much better place to take on a bigger game later

@RegularStudio_ To this day I still find it insane that GTA VI was delayed out of pure fear of competing against MotorSlice.

MotorSlice will release May 5, 2026 Fight epic boss fights, parkour through a deadly megastructure, ang get the job done when the game is released in 2 weeks!

@dormatoka Oh yeah, I wouldn't just throw it out. I was mainly thinking I would see how I feel at the end of April, then try something different in May and then compare. Even if I decide to try a different game, I can still pick it up again in the future if I feel like the time is right!

@CacheOfBones Wouldn't it make sense to just put it on hold while you work on something else? Don't see why you would need to drop it completely when you have a lot of essentials already done. You might also find inspiration that lets you finish it later while focusing on another work

I think I'm going to give myself until the end of April to decide if I am going to continue this game. I want to make a game like this but I'm worried its taking way too long. I feel I need to make something sooner so I'm in a better place before I decide on something bigger.

I pretty much have the essentials done but I keep struggling with the art side and setting/level design. I know I can do it, but I'm worried its going to be like 1 year from now to actually feel like I got something really going on. And sadly half of indie dev is social media.
