I can’t believe I’m typing this… can’t believe this is a real moment 💯 It is truly a dream coming to reality. A pleasure, an honor and one of the most exciting moments for me to announce I have helping lead what is now an official acquisition of the Quirkies brand and IP Since I came into NFT’s in early 2022, Quirkies’s was for some reason that one project that I could never emotionally detached from. Heck at this point, I think I have given away over 200 Quirkies and God knows how much ETH I have sent to people to help them get their first quirky or to help them build their collection. Something caught the deepest part of my passion in 2022 with this brand, the art and the community. The friendships that I have carved here are priceless to me and are some of the best friendships that I have in my entire life. I recently sold my hoodie punk to finalize the funds needed to make this official. Syn and I came to terms, and my heart had one answer. Quirkies. I actually have had to bite my tongue so many times over the past few months because I really wanted to get this deal done and so many people were wondering what was going on with Quirkies. But of course I had to keep quiet because things like this are sensitive and nothing is done till it’s done in ink. I can tell you right now the people that are ready to come in here and work, contribute and help make this a legacy brand have me super excited. I believe we will put together a team and a company that everyone is proud of. I believe that we have the connections and resources to prove that anything as possible. I believe that we will join the ranks of the most popular brands in the Web3 space and we will make everyone proud as we’re not a mission just to make Quirkies household worldwide brand, but we’re also looking to improve the reputation of NFTs and Crypto as well. So much to post over the coming days and weeks, we’ll also hosts some spaces to explain things and answer questions. Yes @SyntribosStable is staying on board as an advisor and this was a peaceful acquisition that I really pushed for, but not to push him away completely. He loves and cares about Quirks and will be apart of the advisory board and community. For now lets have fun, make collecting Quirks the center of it all, the future is bright and we are going to work hard to paint the world in Quirkies.
