Congratulations to the Albrecht Law team on closing an acquisition for a Traditional Search Fund entrepreneur of a SAAS company. This was an especially complex transaction that required both high-level M&A expertise and careful handling of a very sensitive seller. There was also a complex tax situation and f-reorg that was handled beautifully by our Tax Department (@JoshuaASiegel). Congratulations to our client and all involved.
