A big thank you to Amanda and @CaerphillyR for the donation of running clothing and trainers. We encourage clients to take up a hobby like running to keep fit and boost their self-esteem. #WeAreHuggard

Caerphilly Runners are joining the first Caerffili Pride parade on Saturday, 24th June, leaving from St Martins School at 12pm.The pride week celebrations will culminate with our very own Caerphilly Runners Pride Run on Sunday, 25th June #Anybodyiswelcome #inclusivenotexclusive

Ahead of Saturday’s event, we’ll be pausing to remember and celebrate our friend, passionate runner and parkrun volunteer Sian, who we so sadly lost this week. We extend our love and sympathy to Sian’s family and friends at such a difficult time.

What a fantastic session again at our Sofa to 5km session. We are so sorry that so many of you are unwell this week and couldn't make it. Get well soon and we will see you next week for some more fun!
