i take my crepes very seriously. they are one of my all-time favourite desserts. with that context, i wish to shout out holy crepe in inner sunset, san francisco. without exaggeration, i rate it a 10/10 💯 this sounds dramatic, but there are a few reasons why: 1. they let you choose whether you want your crepe soft or crunchy. i have never been offered this choice before and it was life-changing. usually it’s a gamble, but as a crunchy crepe enthusiast, i very much relished having agency over the matter. 2. i requested only a minimal amount of nutella because some places have a tendency to go overboard, to the point where you’re essentially just eating nutella. they executed this perfectly. the balance of chocolate, crunch, and fresh strawberries was immaculate 🥹🍓🍫 highly recommend. no notes.
