A common theme I keep seeing from the fedsloppers and their groupies is this idea that the prosecution has to “hold onto” certain “extremely damning” evidence until trial. That’s bullshit. They could have easily provided the Apple records to back up the iMessages. None of that would have been remotely inappropriate or even unconventional. And yet they didn’t. So for the love of gawd, please spare me this bullshit cope for the next year. It’s so pathetic.
