Genuinely this is the best Sonic has ever sounded in English. Besides Ryan Drummond I have never heard a more fitting Sonic voice. I generally believe Sonic sounds like a teenager. Jason has a lot of cool older teen vibes. Yet this guy gets both and isn’t trying to copy anyone who came before. Ngl, if I grew up listening to this and this was dub we got and not 4kids. I would have been happy. Matter of fact I wouldn’t mind some of this cast voicing in the games. Sonic sounds great but not just him. Amy sounds fantastic! She sounds young and innocent just like the Japanese dub made her to be. This Eggman definitely is great too. Knuckles sounds great, he sounds less like Dan Green and more like laid back Adventure sounding Knuckles. Which works more for Knuckles I feel. I can’t wait to hear what Rouge sounds like. Especially can’t wait to hear Shadow. I’ll keep tuning and watching for sure!

Me when I recognize “Hollywoodedge, Servo Motor 5 Quick On PE202601” from Sonic X in Pluribus.

Been seeing a couple people say that this voice doesn't fit sonic but i honestly disagree, it's not a one to one copy of Jason's performance but it still manages to capture all of the qualities that come from it, and i personally prefer that.
