We had a jam packed initial Active Menopause session this evening with 27 women present. Learning about diet and nutrition and the importance of strength based exercises was a real eye opener for many of us. Thanks to Active Together, LLR Mind, Age UK, Active Charnwood.

We were so pleased to be able to welcome @JohnnyMercerUK to meet with the veterans we support at our Veterans Wellbeing Hub. He heard about their experiences and how the hub has helped them. He heard how it’s saved some of their lives too which was humbling to hear.

Great to be working with Melton Money Advice Centre with their new Charnwood version ‘Charnmac.’ This course is free to access and open to adults needing to manage their money better. Places limited but more courses to follow.

The Let's Talk! Money & Wellbeing event takes place tomorrow at @JSCharnwood from 2-5.30pm. There will be a variety of organisations at the event to offer advise and support on the rise of cost-of-living and how to improve your mental wellbeing.

We are so looking forward to our new Men’s Wellbeing Group aka ‘ManKind Meet Up’ starting on 24th February after consulting with a focus group of men. It was a great way to hear from them about the things that they need support with and what they would like to do.
