Perhaps going "rural" wasn't the best decision for a season of #TheBlock. Focus on inner-city suburbia where blocks are smaller, but better planned for everyday living. $3m in some areas would be achievable then.

Did channel 9 even look at real estate data before setting reserves or looking at the floorpans v cost prior to the season? Or was it sheer arrogance that because they're "Block houses" that they thought they'd sell? #TheBlock
