Mae fy nhymor ddwy flynedd fel aelod @SeneddIeuenctid yn gorffen heddiw. Mae wedi bod yn fraint i gynrychioli Gorll. Caerfyrddin a De Penfro. Hoffwn ddiolch i bawb am y cyfleoedd gwych. Rydym wedi gwneud gwahaniaeth a dwi wedi creu ffrindiau am byth. "Ni yw'r arweinwyr heddiw".

@LloydCymru For two of the independent candidates they have put down that they were also members of either Restore Britain or Advance. I wonder if they will be campaigning on this ticket or will they just say that they are independents?

And of interest no doubt to only the most ardent of Senedd-watchers (!): • new sloping floor • embedded fold-up lecterns to replace perspex ones • Llywydd’s desk raised to improve line of sight • ‘Heart of Wales’ central glass sculpture (cracked previously) being relocated

Having an Angela Merkel kind of lunch on the train today. She had lentil soup - classic German fare - the night she initiated a record bailout of Germany’s banks in 2008. For me, this isn't a crisis meal today but winter comfort food. It looks cold outside my train window 😊

@Telegraph How much do all Students owe? As of March 2025 £267 billion. Eu Students owe a small percentage of this. Student loans are the problem not EU students. How much have EU students contributed to the UK economy? A new funding system like the German system would make more sense.

@LloydCymru Mi wnes i byw ym Mhen-Maes-Glas blwyddyn diwethaf. Er roedd well gyda fi parcio ar y prom roedd y llinell sengl melyn yn dangos bod dim hawl parcio ar y stryd pan roedd y binnau lori yn dod bob Bore Mawrth. Ond roedd rhaid gyrru ar y pafin os oedd eisiau pasio, sy'n beryglus.

In theory this is a good idea and I sympathise with all of the people in the article, but in practice this would be monumentally challenging in some areas. In most cases there is no need to park on the pavement, but what about on very narrow older streets? There are streets and estates where you have to mount the kerb or else bin lorries and other big vehicle won’t be able to get through. Much like 20mph speed limits, these restrictions would need to be targeted to specific areas or else they’ll cause problems. Done badly, there is a risk of creating areas where local authorities can just walk down a street or through an estate every once in a while and collect thousands in fines. In Aberystwyth for instance, banning this would mean the loss of dozens of parking spaces for residents, and the public transport is just not good enough to surrender having a car altogether. The only alternative is pushing pavement-parkers onto the road, blocking larger vehicles or forcing vehicles to drive mounted on the pavement, which is surely even more dangerous.

@WasteWatchWales Da iawn Mabon! I wonder what you would think if he was supporting a protest for something like freedom of speech. Oh yes sorry, freedom of speech is only worth protecting if it's from right wingers.

How is this for Eastern fusion cuisine? I'm on the German-Polish border, working hard of course, but also enjoying this glorious dinner of schnitzel, asparagus, Silesian dumplings and things. 🇩🇪🇵🇱

There's a growing row brewing in Wales over the recent benefits cuts. Wales' First Minister Eluned Morgan said she'd written to Liz Kendall (Sec of State for Work and Pensions) calling on a Welsh specific assessment of the changes. Then it starts getting weird... [Thread]

@LloydCymru @CaptenCambria06 I think there be around 15 Labour MS not re standing and in seats that’s will be hotley contested. Like will Adam Price stay in Caerfyrddin or will he go to Caerdydd. And who will be the new faces of Labour, these are the interesting areas to look at.
