Using Tyson 9.68 with 4.1 wind instead of using his 9.69 with 2.0 wich is faster is misleading. As if they wanted Marcel to rank higher and used misleading variabels to do so

If every performance counted, Bolt, Blake, asafa, etc would each occupy multiple spots, which defeats the purpose of ranking athletes.
