आज लोकसभा में जन विश्वास बिल पर अपने विचार रखते हुए मुझे यह स्पष्ट कहना पड़ा कि देश के करोड़ों व्यापारी और छोटे उद्योगपति अब बदलाव को महसूस कर रहे हैं—और इसका श्रेय जाता है माननीय प्रधानमंत्री @narendramodi जी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व को। 9 करोड़ व्यापारियों और 4 करोड़ लघु उद्योगपतियों की ओर से मैं प्रधानमंत्री जी का हृदय से आभार व्यक्त करता हूँ। हाल ही में FSSAI लाइसेंस को परपेचुअल (आजीवन) करना—यह कोई छोटा सुधार नहीं है। यह उस सोच का परिणाम है जो “Ease of Doing Business” को केवल नारा नहीं, बल्कि ज़मीन पर उतारने का संकल्प रखती है। लेकिन दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि विपक्ष एक बार फिर देश को गुमराह करने में जुटा है। वे कह रहे हैं कि हमने अपराधों को डिक्रिमिनलाइज कर दिया—यह सरासर गलत और भ्रामक बयान है। मैं स्पष्ट कर देना चाहता हूँ: हमने अपराध खत्म नहीं किए हैं, हमने छोटी-छोटी प्रक्रियात्मक त्रुटियों को अपराध की श्रेणी से बाहर किया है। क्या हर छोटी गलती पर किसी व्यापारी को जेल भेज देना न्याय है? क्या कागज़ी त्रुटियों के लिए उद्यमियों को अपराधी बना देना सही है? विपक्ष इन सवालों से भाग रहा है, क्योंकि उनके पास जवाब नहीं है। जन विश्वास बिल का उद्देश्य बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है— ईमानदार व्यापारियों को डर से मुक्ति सिस्टम में पारदर्शिता और असली धोखेबाजों पर सख्त कार्रवाई जो लोग यह भ्रम फैला रहे हैं कि कानून कमजोर किया जा रहा है, वे या तो कानून समझ नहीं रहे या जानबूझकर देश को भ्रमित कर रहे हैं। हमारा संकल्प साफ है— आसान व्यवसाय, आसान जीवन और यही है असली जन विश्वास। देश आगे बढ़ रहा है, और विपक्ष को यह स्वीकार करने में दिक्कत हो रही है। @PMOIndia @AmitShah @NitinNabin @blsanthosh

CAIT Secretary General Shri @PKhandelwal_MP ji emphasised that this step will help restrain unnecessary price hikes and safeguard the interests of both traders and consumers.
