The India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), entering into force on 15 July 2026, strengthens trade facilitation and ease of doing business between the two nations. A key feature of the agreement is the introduction of self-certification of rules of origin, making compliance simpler and more business-friendly for exporters on both sides. This step reflects the growing maturity of India’s trade regulatory framework and will enable smoother, faster, and more efficient trade between India and the UK. #IndiaUKCETA #TradeFacilitation #ExportGrowth @PIB_India @RajeshAgrawal94
