@CakeZoneCom WORST SERVICE!! Today, my friend ordered a cake for her dad's birthday from CakeZone Pune and she never received it. The whole occasion was ruined! She has asked for refund and that too (till now) is not given. Pls @CakeZoneCom look into this

@AnuroopGabbar We are extremely sorry to hear this. This order was supposed to be delivered in Pune yesterday. Pune faced extreme rains yesterday and city got waterlogged at many places. We communicated the same and initiated refund at 9:02pm yesterday itself.

@aadarshnair It's really heartbreaking to see this. But we hope you understand that we didn't handover the cake to delivery boy like this. We will take this up with Swiggy, Zomato to better their delivery services.
