I hate when people act like Fire Emblem is over-represented in Smash It’s a first party franchise & it has one of the largest collections of characters from a gaming franchise ever, & it’s still actively growing to this day FE deserves every spot it gets, & could use a few more

@RyDawgE_ Get off it man. What is the fucking point of the hyperspace gameplay loop man? To have 6+ of every Pokemon in the game when you just want to complete the game. Its not difficult its fucking insulting. The treasures of ruin Rods were a grind, this is asinine bullshit.

The DLC is not as bad as everyone says it is. It's absolutely a grind fest but I've come to realize the reason this is considered bad is because most Pokemon fans don't play any other games. They just want to be handed their "prize" of the interesting Pokemon and call it a day.

@D5NQUINN This game has some genuine bright spots, but my god does it feature some of the lowest lows in the series. Formulaic plots that repeat the same story beat over and over. Piss easy battles. Bare minimum cohesion between pokemon and their “habitats”. Lock basic features behind DLC.

idk man. it's kind of depressing to basically have two thirds of our media now be recycled from the previous generation. this is neat, but for every one of these we should be telling at least two new stories.

i did not notice anything wrong about the textures when i was playing and even now i dont think it's that big of a deal. it's a lot nicer to look at than sv at the very least... my real issue is that its plot is nothingburgers & the gameplay is just a tedious, endless grindfest

one piece fans (shounen fans in general) have such a narrow view on what could make a character someones favourite.. like when i say i like tashigi ppl are like “shes a bum she loses all the time shes weak” EXACTLY !!! the part i like about her is she loses but she KEEPS GOING !!

Movies where a character embarrasses themselves are worse than getting shot. I genuinely have to pause the movie to do a lap around my living room so that I don't jump off a building. Second-hand embarrassment is agony untold.
