@tom_parkyy Good morning, the latest update we have is the following for this service: There will be a review by 11:00 regarding the 14:00 sailing from Lochboisdale and the 17:30 From Uig. As soon as we have a further update we will post here on X and our service status page 1/2

@CalMacFerries What is happening with the Mallaig - Lochboisdale service? You have suggested a diversion to Uig but that is 4+ hours away than the original and we haven’t even been confirmed if it will be running yet so could make the journey up for no reason. Please advise

@CalMacFerries Hi, I’m trying to amend my booking to add the registration number of the campervan we are hiring now that we know the reg. If I try to amend this online, I eventually get to the ‘select sailings’ screen but the sailings I’m already booked on show as unavailable

@jessie22l We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this disruption. We are awaiting an update from the vessel regarding repairs and are hoping to have an update in the next 30 minutes or so, we apologise again and appreciate your patience at this moment

@CalMacFerries Simply not good enough. We are not being kept updated. The service status page hasn’t changed for over two hours. And unhelpfully the customer service team at Uig tell us their sailings for the rest of the week are fully booked. Will we just swim to Tarbert??

@CalMacFerries I see a generic "error message" popup.
There is a "b2cGuestLogin" CORS error in the browser console (Firefox 150.0.2 and Chrome) when connecting to smart-prodcfl.e-dea.it (access denied).
Cannot login or create account either.

@BuzzleBikes Hi there, as this is not certified on V5 it would come under LGV if the vehicle is under 6m. If the vehicle is over 6m it would come under commercial. I hope this helps.

@CalMacFerries I have a vauxhal vivaro SWB van that we use as a camper (not certified on V5) so does this mean it is classed as a commercial van? I put in my numberplate and it says NULL

@CalMacFerries You have changed our ferry bookings for August (so far ahead) to inconvenient times. Go online to amend you say. I went online and it said, can't amend please phone. I phone and the message says that the call can't be answered, go online. Ridiculous #CalMacFerries

@CalMacFerries can’t believe you have cancelled my elderly parents ferry. Leaving them to find accommodation for 2 nights before you can accommodate their crossing. Unacceptable.

@CalMacFerries I made a booking as a ‘guest’ on the website, but after I booked I created an account with the same email address I made the booking with. Is there a way to add this booking to my account, as it is saying I have no bookings found on the system

@BishopburnB Hi, our page is kept up to date within the impacted bookings section. Our booking system will temporarily close for sailings between Saturday 2 May - Sunday 17 May. This sections is kept up to date at all times. You can chekck on this through calmac.co.uk/en-gb/service-…

With travel imminent it would be old to make other arrangements as well
Can you possibly publish updates of where you are on the troon / Brodick arrangements even in the “broadest” sense
Eg “sorted to 1st Ma” etc
