Dear @CalMacFerries, having just made a booking this morning to travel from Brodick-Ardrossan return, can I ask why it costs £28.10 for 1 car, 2 adults (inc 1 Adult SPT ferry card) and 1 infant <5 on the Brodick-Ardrossan leg but is £27.10 Ardrossan-Brodick?

@AngusBMacNeil Lochboisdale and to allow boarding of passengers from Castlebay. The warning advising that Sunday’s amended timetable was due to adverse weather was incorrect. This should have advised it was a result of overnight berthing in Lochboisdale. Our apologies for any confusion or 2/3

@LordFuFoxy Hi there, you can find information about compensation here: calmac.co.uk/en-gb/book/pas… We recommend submitting a passenger rights claim for any disrupted sailings if you still plan on travelling. If you decide to cancel instead you would be entitled to a full refund of your 1/2

Booked a walking holiday on Arran. Booked ferry a week ago, 12noon on Sat home Mon 2pm from Ardrossan then planned our walks inc an easy one on the Mon morning. Just received an email telling us we’re sailing from Troon now & ferry times have changed. Messed up our plans! 🙈🦊

@fishdrums Good morning, Troon port have advised that the bus is late but is en route. They will request the vessel to delay, but this unfortunately this can’t be guaranteed due to onward connections. Our apologies for this circumstance.

@JayneJinnyll Hi, the Master of the vessel had advised that the disruption was caused due to a forecast of strong winds. I am sorry for any impact this caused.

@GroenblauwChloe Hi there, sorry for the delay in response. Sailings for Islay between 18 April - 10 May will open for bookings tomorrow 18 December at 12pm.

@CalMacFerries trying to book a crossing from Islay to Kennacraig for May 6, 2026. The system doesn't show any available sailings, with or without a car. Is it already sold out? I also don't see any available sailings from April 18 and onwards.
