@BestBuyCanada Robson St refused my paid On-Site service (Contract 705251226995180), claiming "On-Site" means I must haul a 4ft monitor to the store. Due to your delays, the unglued frame collapsed & the OLED screen fractured. Corporate email sent. Resolve this immediately!
